Yes, you have to register at the Menara Etiqa registration counter at level 1 (in front of HWC Coffee) first before proceeding to Escape by Etiqa.
The lobby opens daily from 8:00am to 5:30pm.
Our business hours are from:
8:45am – 5:45pm (Monday – Thursday)
8:45am – 4:45pm (Friday).
We are closed on weekends and public holidays. However, members may access our facilities 24/7.
Parking is at level G, B1 and B2 and it is only payable by cash.

You may let us know your seating arrangement in the booking form and a copy of the name list for smooth entrance seven (7) days prior to your event.
Yes, you may proceed to the level 11 food court. There are also nearby restaurants surrounding the building and just 1 station away to NU Sentral and Mid Valley Megamall
No, we do not. However, you may bring your own food & beverage, but please let us know beforehand. 🙂 If you are bringing in catering, you may have to inform us seven (7) days earlier.
You may park at the loading bay and use the service lift.
For events, you may reach Escape by Etiqa earliest at 8:30am.
Unfortunately, you may not extend past your booking time as there will be additional charges.
